A festive table starts taking shape before the first dish arrives. Coats find the backs of chairs. Someone moves along to make room. The conversation begins in several places at once.

## Gather in your own way Christmas means different things to different guests. For some it is a religious celebration; for others it is a season of family visits, friendship or a meal with colleagues. A generous welcome makes space for that variety.

Indian vegetarian cooking offers a way to bring people together around shared flavour. There is room for comforting dishes and something new, for the guest who knows exactly what they like and the one who would appreciate a little guidance.

## Plan around your people When arranging a group meal, begin with the practical details that help everyone feel included. Ask about dietary requirements, accessibility and the time people need to travel. Share those details with the restaurant when enquiring, and confirm the current menu and booking terms.

Our Christmas menu gives festive gatherings their own place in the season. Vegan choices and individual requirements should be discussed with the team rather than assumed from the name of a dish.

Once everybody is seated, the best part of the preparation is that it can disappear into the background. Let the food arrive, pass something across the table and enjoy having your people in one place.

We’ll have a table ready.
