A decade of friendship.

It began with an invitation. Vijay brought his friends Bharat and Vimal to a Friday evening of kirtan at OmNom in Islington. Amid the music, shared food and sense of belonging, they recognised something they wanted to bring to Birmingham.

A decade of friendship became the beginning of a new chapter. In November 2025, OmNom’s second home opened on Fleet Street, bringing Namaste Village’s family kitchen together with a space for wellbeing, community and connection.

Here in the Jewellery Quarter, the same spirit lives around the table: generous vegetarian and vegan Indian food, prepared without onion or garlic, and a welcome rooted in kindness and seva. What began between friends has become an invitation to the city.
